Shake well before each use, spray directly onto the skin, re apply as needed. When applying to the face, spray onto the palm of your hand and gently rub, making sure to avoid the eyes. Do not allow children to handle this product, and  do not apply it to children's hands. When using it on children, apply it to your own hands and then put it on the child.
